Koonce (Cindy) of Houston, TX and Billy G. Koonce, Jr. (Gayle) of Austin, TX; his siblings, Loretta Flowers (Jay) of Vidor, TX, Betty Ann Koonce of Vidor, TX and Bo Koonce (Peggy) of Orange, TX; his grandchildren, Sean Koonce and Rachael Creagar; and his friend Thomas Knight (Duke).
