He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Noble and Nettie Mae Niswonger Noble; and his siblings, Elaine Kaye Noble and William Lynn Noble. He is survived by: his wife Sandra O'Quin Noble of Cypress, TX; his niece Paige O'Quin Prothro (Travis) of Lena Louisiana; his nephew Logan Haas O'Quin of Deville; his great-niece Emmalyn Kate Prothro of Lena; his brother Mark Noble (Kennetha); his nieces, Kayli and Kami of Brunet; and his sister Charlotte Noble of Austin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
