He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Jose Simon Salinas and Leon Eugene Gwosdz; his uncles, Steve Salinas and Edward Okonski Jr.; and his cousin Louis Gonzalez Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Chris Gwosdz and Sara Gwosdz; his sister Catherine Gwosdz; his grandmothers, Victoria Salinas and Margaret Gwosdz; and his godparents, Simon Salinas III and Patty Enstrom.
