With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aaron Eugene Dykes of Cypress, Texas, born in Mansfield, Louisiana, who passed away on September 20, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George Dykes of Washington. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Perry (David); his grandson Sean Perry; his great grandchildren, James Perry and Julian Aran Perry; his sister Lillian Etheredge; his nephew George Dykes (Carol); his friend Rex King (Carolyn); and also Michelle Perry.

Aaron received countless awards for his contributions to both the Oil Field Industry and Space Exploration Program.
