He is survived by: his children, Travis James "TJ" Spencer of Big Springs, Jana Spencer (Johnathan Hodges) of Cushing, Gypsy Hudson (Damon) of Tyler and Isabella Joyce Spencer of Cushing; his stepchildren, Hayden Bailey and Mason "Poopee"; his siblings, James Spencer of Cushing, Mark Spencer (Rhonda) of Cushing and Brenda "Dotta" Wilburn of Cushing; his grandchildren, James Dean Hodges and Lanilee Byrd; and his nephews, Brad Black, Nick Spencer, Derek Spencer and Colby Spencer. He is also survived by many other friends and family.
