It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Dale Hardy of Cushing, Texas, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth Dale Hardy to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Hardy and Juanita Hardy; and his brother Wayne Hardy. He is survived by: his wife Irene Dinning Hardy of University Place, WA.; the mother of his children Gale Hare Hutchison; his children, Greg Hardy (Tammy) of Thornton, CO and Kim Hardy of Round Rock, TX; his stepchildren, Scott Armsworth of Costa Mesa, CA, Todd Armsworth (Kellee) of Lovettsville, VA and Leslie Armsworth Koutroulis (Stavros) of Seattle, WA.; his aunts, Eugenia Boley (Nacogdoches) and Joan Wachter of Pensacola, FL; his siblings, Tom Hardy (June) of Orange, TX, John Hardy (Linda) of Nacogdoches, TX, Sandra Hardy Whittington of Corrigan, TX and Debbie Hardy Barr of Nacogdoches, TX; and his friend Michael Callow of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Special mention should be made of his good friend, Michael Callow (Tacoma, WA), who sat outside Ken's window when he was confined to a skilled nursing facility, talking on cell phones as COVID restrictions required no visitors.
