With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joyce Marie Westmoreland (Cushing, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Barnes and Ruth Pirtle Barnes; her husband Ocie Lee Westmoreland; and her granddaughter Katy Westmoreland. She is survived by: her children, Richard Bruce Ivy (Jill Turnquist Ivy), Randal Brent Ivy (Jana Adams Ivy), David Alan Ivy (Christie Ivy Ivy), Terry Clyde Westmoreland (Teresa Wright Westmoreland) and Angela Westmoreland Howarth (T. D. Howarth); and her grandchildren, Joe Franklin, Brent Ivy, Mitchell Franklin, Tyler Howarth, Logan Ivy, Grant Howarth, Forrest Williams, Jamie Jones, Madeline Little, Kesli Hooks, Kelli Miller, Lauren Sieja, Kallie Barrett and Kori Harris. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dickie Allen Funeral Home (989 7th St, Cushing, TX 75760). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Fenton Cemetery Fenton Cemetery.
