It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen A. Scott of Cushing, Texas, born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Prince and Ella Prince (Kelm); her husband James V. Scott; her siblings, Ellen Kapper, Donna Jayne and Donald Prince; her children, Judy Mabus and Reese Scott; and her granddaughter Joni Duke.
She is survived by: her children, Sonia Duke (Dannie) and James Neal Scott (Cindy); her grandchildren, Sandy Mabus (James Allen), Cody Mabus (Jennifer), Charles Duke (Cindy), John Scott (Marie), Gregg Scott and Bryce Scott; and her close friend Mary Hollaway. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
