He is survived by: his son Donald Mark West, Jr.; his brother David Lee West; his daughters, Kerrie Huisel and Jessica Perry of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Courtney Huisel, Peyton West, Faith and Rudy Perry; his great grandchildren, Kara, Kashton and Rudy V. Donald; and his nieces, Catherine Aristizabal, Natalie Osorio, Valentina Orosio and Sophia Espitia.
