It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Del Roy Armstrong of Cushing, Texas, born in Henderson, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Edward and Rosie Lillie Freeman Armstrong; his former spouse Johnelle Armstrong; and his siblings, Merry Lee Morse, Aubrey Armstrong, Thurman Armstrong, Marie Fisher and Willie Armstrong.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Armstrong of Cushing, Texas; his son Brad; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Armstrong of Bryan, Texas; his brothers, J. B. Armstrong of Timpson, Glassel Armstrong of Houston and David Armstrong of Houston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Cameron Armstrong Van Norman (Luke) and Jonathan Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
