He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Lee and Lou Ella Laird Spivey; and his wife Dorothy Marie Spivey. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Lee Spivey of Cushing and Danelle Smith of Huffman, Texas; his granddaughter Kim Gray of Huffman, Texas; and his great grandchild Peyton Gray.
