He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jenkins of Cumby; his children, William Jenkins, IV (Bill), Charles Jenkins, Brent Jones, Brad Jones, Angie Allen and Dana Jenkins; his siblings, James Jenkins, Eddie Jenkins, Joel Jenkins (Joe), Helen Dibble and Sally Ingram; and his grandchildren, Jason Adams, Kris Stanford, Kailee Sartin, Luke Sartin, Jaycee Allen, Jax Allen, Savanah Neal, Tyler Jones, Jack Jones, Brandon Jones, Kaiden Jones, Kaci Jenkins, Kimberly Kendrick and Melissa Brian. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
