He was predeceased by: his parents, Bird Owen and Clara Owen (Works) of Seminole, OK; and his sister Jerry Lou Tipton of Seminole, OK.. He is survived by: his wife Anita Owen of Emory; his sister Marianna Kay Owen Streets (James Streets) of Shawnee, OK; his children, Steve Owen (Heather), Stacy Finch (Lisa Rider) of Lincoln, NE, Laine Nixon (Jason Nixon) of Sarasota, FL and Jess Massey (Russ Hibbler) of Choctaw, OK.; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Massey, Avary Roach (Derek Roach), Kyden Celum and Otter Owen; and his great grandchild Rylen Roach.
