He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Dowell and Virgil Christine Pearl Litton (Clawson); his wife Nadine Strickland; his son Earl Jr.; and his siblings, L. D. Litton, Jr., Lewis Litton, Bennie Litton, Alfred Litton, Marjorie Berry, Gladys Coats and Marion Holbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Conner (Garry) of McKinney, Texas and Gary Litton (Pam) of Mesquite, Texas; his grandchildren, Mandy Meehan, Greg Litton, Jana Conner, Kristin Rue, Brandi Litton and Christopher Litton; and his great grandchildren, Darcy Meehan, Colin Meehan, Skylar Rue and Kamryn Rue.
