He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoffman and Grace Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Velma Hogan; his children, Debbie Hoffman of Round Rock, Ricky Hoffman (Gay) of Victoria and Robert Hoffman of San Pedro, Belize; his brother Frank Hoffman of Gillette, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Sarah (Casey), Eric (Cassie) and Tori (Michael); and his great grandchild Jamison.
