He was predeceased by: his brother Lionel Cadena. He is survived by: his wife Janice (Lipe); his children, Hailie Ciomperlik (Todd Mickey) and Wyatt Ciomperlik (Caitlyn Capetillo); and his siblings, Dawn Miller, Gloria Spacek (Ernest), Matthew and William Ciomperlik.
