She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Wells Owens and Edward Karl Westerbeck; and her brother Patrick Kenneth Short. She is survived by: her husband Claude Patterson "Pat" Bell; her children, Cynthia Bell Goodwyn (Bruce) of Boerne, Texas, Kenneth Alan Bell (Micki) of Stephenville, Texas and Becky Bell Capt (Carper) of Uvalde, Texas; her nephew Patrick Karl Short (Tricia) of Rockwall, Texas; her grandchildren, Candyce Elaine Goodwyn of Boerne, Texas, Seth Patterson Bell of Stephenville, Texas, Louis Jared Capt (Jessie) of Uvalde, Texas, James Clayton Bell (Jaque) of Joshua, Texas, Byron Stockley Capt (Stephanie) of Uvalde, Texas, Benjamin Kyle Bell (April) of Wichita Falls, Texas, Patrick Ryan Short (Megan) of Rockwall, Texas, Lucy Baylor Capt of New Braunfels, Texas and Rachel Elizabeth Short of West Chester, Pennsylvania; and her great grandchildren, Jaymee Celeste Bell, Jackson Cash Bell, Cecilia Stieren Capt, Louis Archer Capt, Stockley Joseph Capt, Reed Awtry Bell, Richard Carper Capt, Jacob Cade Bell, Catherine Belle Capt, Pallbearers, Seth Bell, James Bell, Ben Bell, Jared Capt, Byron Capt and Ryan Short. She is also survived by Nanny gave her life to her children and grandchildren.
