He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mildred Burrell of Jacksonville, FL; his children, Rachel Wise of St. Joseph, MO, Roger Burrell of San Antonio and Thomas Kinslow of St. Joseph, MO; his brother Roger Burrell of Jacksonville, FL; his father Norman Burrell; and his sister Wanda Coleman. He was also cherished by 4 Grandchildren.
