He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Lou Forbes of Snyder, TX; his children, Robby Lynn Forbes of Cuero, TX and Stacy Lee Wheeler (Walter) of Steamboat Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Crystal Johnson (Jerry) of Steamboat Springs, CO, Christopher Forbes of Boerne, TX, Hailey Odom (Jack) of Abilene, TX and Sarah Forbes of Amarillo, TX; his siblings, Darrell Forbes of Panhandle, TX, Twana Sullins (Dan) of Cleveland, TX and Betty Anthony (Charles) of Cleveland, TX; and also Virginia Wade of Snyder, TX. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
