He is survived by: his siblings, Don Polzin (Debbie) of Victoria, Wayne Polzin (Laurie) of San Jose, California and Mary Kathryn Cunningham (Elliott) of Brentwood, Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
