She was predeceased by: her son Thomas D. Phillips; and her sister Dixie Shaw. She is survived by: her sons, Richard L. Phillips of Meyersville and Garry W. Phillips of Corpus Christi; and her grandchildren, Doyle Phillips of San Antonio, Sara Phillips of Austin, Justin Phillips of New Braunsfels, Michelle Phillips of Cuero, Melanie Cromer of Houston and Leila Allen of Pearland. She is also survived by her parents; her husband.
