He was predeceased by: his parents, Elorine Blank Tieken and Edmund Tieken; his brother Larry Tieken; and his stepmother Olivia Tieken. He is survived by: his wife Loy Tieken; his children, Kendall (Sarah) of Victoria and Ashley (Nick) of Cuero; his siblings, John Tieken (Lynn) of Henderson, Herbert Tieken (Laura) of Cuero and Marilyn Tieken of Cuero; his grandchildren, Landon, Avery, Brantley, Kason, Kamdyn and Kinley; and his brother-in-law Chad Toenjes of Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
