He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Sr. Bulgerin and Louie Lambert Bulgerin; his siblings, Bobby Joe, Teddy and Dorothy Jean; and his daughter Linda Faye Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Bulgerin of Michael's Catholic Church; his daughters, Margaret Ann Clough of Columbia, SC and Venessa Ruth Navarro of Seguin; his grandchildren, Jennifer Thompson, Olivia Thompson, Breanne Clough Smith, Casey Clough and Luca Navarro; his great grandchildren, Laedyn Ray Bulgerin, Zayn, Leah, Linkin, Levi, Charlotte and David; and his brother Roy "Bones" Bulgerin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Freund Funeral Home (213 N Gonzales St, Cuero, TX 77954). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark's Lutheran Church (400 N Esplanade St, Cuero, TX 77954).
