He was predeceased by: his parent A. C. Darden. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Coleman, Linda Coleman, Rosie Blackwell, Lee Ann Battles of Cuero, Gladys Mathis of Tomball, TX and James Coleman of San Antonio, TX; his friend Natalie Nichols; and his caregiver Ernestine Wade. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.
