He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Robles and Gonzalo Diaz; his former wife Josephine Cervantes Diaz; and his siblings, Lydia Diaz Hinojosa, Gloria Irma Diaz Gonzales, Nora Diaz, Jose Rogelio Diaz, Ovidio Robles Diaz, Gustavo Robles Diaz and Carlos Robles Diaz.

He is survived by: his daughter Diana; his wife Ronii; his stepdaughter Nicole Sertuche; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Ariana and Matthew.
