She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerico Gonzalez and Maclovia Gonzalez; her husband Willie Jean Self; and her siblings, Ninfa Gonzalez Longoria, Ana Gonzalez Perez, Gloria Gonzalez Blanco, Leonor Gonzalez Mauck, Emerico Gonzalez Jr., Guillermo D. Gonzalez and Jorge O. Gonzalez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
