He was predeceased by: his siblings, Maria Elena Serrano, Audelia Serrano and Salomon Serrano. He is survived by: his wife Ma Amparo Serrano; his children, Ma Guadalupe Serrano of Cuero, Maria Delaluz Hernandez of Cuero, Roberto Serrano of Cuero, Juon Serrano of Cuero, Jose G. Serrano of Cuero, Enrique Serrano of Guanajuato and Francisco Serrano of Cuero; and his siblings, Maria Concepcion Serrano of Guanajuato, Mexico, Herlinda Serrano of Guanajuato, Mexico, Maria Cruz Serrano of Guanajuato, Mexico, Maria Guadalupe of Guanajuato, Mexico and Emilio Serrano of Mexico City, Mexico. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
