He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Boldt and Letha Hotz Boldt; and his siblings, Mary Ann Boldt Aschenbeck and Donald Boldt. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Boldt, Cindy Turner and Samantha Boldt; and his brothers, Kenneth Boldt, Gerald Thomas and Robert Phillips. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
