He was predeceased by: his father Anton David Machacek; and his sister Catherine Muehlbrad. He is survived by: his mother Joan Catherine Koehler Machacek; his wife Anna Machacek; his stepdaughters, Kathryn Bazar (Cole) and Amanda Torres; his brother David Machacek (Jeff); his brother-in-law Tim Muehlbrad; and his stepgrandchildren, Alejandro Gutierrez, Elena Torres and Joaquin Torres.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Mark's Lutheran Church (400 N Esplanade St, Cuero, TX 77954). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Victoria Christian Assistance Ministry or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
