It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carra Lee Jackson (Cuero, Texas), born in Rio Hondo, Texas, who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carra Mauney and Presley S. Grantham; her husband Paul Jackson Jr.; her son Michael E. Jackson; and her siblings, Alfred L. Grantham, LaVon Grantham, William Grantham (Jack), Lillie Maude Nash and Mattie Bell Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Serena Thamm (Stephen) and Mark Jackson (Marie); and her siblings, Preston Grantham and Gloria Grimes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
