He is survived by: his mother Judy Bitterly Heil; his wife Diana Mireles Heil; his children, Stephanie Heil of Cuero, Christina Munoz (Martin Jr.) of Yorktown, Alyse Pauler (Wesley) of Yoakum, Misty Miller (David) of Houston and Marcos Arguellez (Crystal) of Victoria; and his siblings, Susan Gallaway (Michael) of Cuero and Kevin Heil (Michelle) of Meyersville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
