It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Kennedy Adkins of Cuero, Texas, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wandel Adkins and Linda Mendenhall Adkins; and his sister Donna Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Delacruz; his stepchildren, Chelsey Hing, Alexis James and Jerry A. Randall Jr. (Victoria); his sisters, Daphne Eldridge and Jean Eldridge; and his grandchildren, Oren Hing, Vinsen Hing, Aurorah Hing, Jayde Randall and Bryson Randall.
