It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bartholo Martinez Jr. of Cuero, Texas, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bartholo Martinez Sr.; and his brother Mario Lee Martinez. He is survived by: his mother Elisa Barbontin (Albert); his children, Marissa Martinez of Victoria, Serenity Martinez of Victoria, Madison Martinez of Cuero, Elisha Sixtos of Yorktown, Brendon Martinez of Cuero, Brennan Martinez of Cuero, Bartholo Pete Martinez of Cuero and Ezio Lee Martinez of Cuero; and his brothers, Charlie Martinez Sr. (Maria) of Cuero, Joe Martinez (Danielle) of Cuero and Christopher Rodriguez of Cuero. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
