He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynn Kubala; his children, Cindy Torres, Wendy Gawlik, Arthur B. Gawlik Jr. and Walter J. Gawlik; his sisters, Florence Mayhew and Elaine Aldrige; and his grandchildren, Brittany Cooke, Torri Orosco, Lane Crosby, Logan Gawlik and Hailee Gawlik. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
