He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A Rangnow and Roseline Logeman Rangnow Hardt; his stepfather Raymond Hardt; his wives, Myrtice Hancock Rangnow and Marlene Oehlke Dreier-Rangnow; his son Steven L. Rangnow; his siblings-in-law, Finley Barth, Ray Hancock, Evelyn Hancock, Mary Marks Hancock and Edna Oehlke Howland; and his nephew Samuel W. Meitzen, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Ideus (Jonathan) and Timothy A Rangnow; his grandchildren, Christopher Ideus (Loni) and Danielle Egg (Adam); his stepchildren, Keith Dreier (Cheryl), Brent Dreier (Shelley), Craig Dreier (Donna), Todd Dreier (Sylvia) and Dawn Howard (Wyatt); his siblings, Eileen Barth and Donald Hardt (Shelia); and his siblings-in-law, Nelda Meitzen (Samuel Sr.), Sharon Wooley (Rick), James Hancock (Linda) and Wilburn Oehlke (Marilyn).
