He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Gordon and Wanda Bernice Lindsey; and his brother Ronald Edgar Coleman (Ronnie). He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Marie Coleman of Crystal City; his daughters, Iona Elaine Coleman-Garcia (Rene) of Carrizo Springs, Frances Bernice Coleman-Britsch (Mark) of San Antonio, Becky Lea Coleman of Helotes and Tonya Lauren Coleman of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Coleman Steven Britsch, Wesle Gordon Britsch and Ryan Ethan Garcia; his sister Sharon Kay Coleman Dozier (Bill) of Uvalde; and his siblings-in-law, Patti Elizabeth Coleman (Ronnie) of Carrizo Springs, Mike Fryar (Sandy) of Lytle and James H. Fryar III (Aubrey) of Port Aransas. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, great uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
