He was predeceased by: his father Hector Trevino. He is survived by: his mother Faye Marie (Todd); his wife Cheryl Trevino (Lenhard); his children, David J Trevino (Debra), Veronica Richards (Alex) and Jennifer Trevino; his siblings, Miguel Trevino (Jenny), Daniel Trevino, David A Trevino (Joy) and Anna Ritter (Neil); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Dominic and Declan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
