She was predeceased by: her parents, David "Dave" Crockett Carr and Ruth Brown Carr; her daughter Joyce Elizabeth Harkey; her siblings, John David "Buddy" Carr, Charles Sidney Carr, Sr. and Sally Carr Hall; and her sons, Wayne King Harkey and Harold "Hal" Leslie Harkey III.
She is survived by: her husband Harold "Sonny" Leslie Harkey, Jr. of Crystal City; her children, Annette and Ronald Martin "Marty" Harkey; her brother Ronald "Ronny" Guy Carr (Mary); her son-in-law Ronald Pete Winn, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Ronald "Ron" Pete Winn, Jr. (Audra), Melissa Annette Winn, Michael J. Harkey, Matthew James Harkey (Brachele), Christopher Terry Harkey (Christian) and Thomas Hamilton Harkey. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Carrizo Springs, 602 W Nopal St, Carrizo Springs, TX 78834.
