With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martha Faye Crowder of Crowley, Texas, born in Hamburg, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Crowder; her mother Hattie Ardoin; and her sister Mary James. She is survived by: her son James Armstrong (Kathy); her grandchildren, Alexis and Traci Armstrong; her daughter Christie Armstrong; her granddaughters, Jessica Taylor and Molly Luis (Johnny); her stepdaughter Lori Crowder (Darrell); her stepgrandsons, Darrell and Miles Johnson; her stepson Randy Crowder (Susana); her stepgrandchildren, Lauren Dodson (Eric) and Maddie Crowder; her stepfather Joe Ardoin of Crowley; and her siblings, Pat Calhoun, Sheila Elmore (Ned), Dwayne Kelley, Susan Pounders (James) and Diane Richey. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and many special extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pathway Church (325 NW Renfro St, Burleson, TX 76028). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Laurel Land Cemetery (7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76134).
Directed donations in Martha's name can be made to the American Cancer Society to support pancreatic cancer research.
