He was predeceased by: his mother Patti Smith; and his grandparents, Joe Vernon and Doris Smith. He is survived by: his father Joe Mark Smith of Crowell; his sister Tambra Carrizal (Dan); his nephew Dylan Odell of Grand Prairie; his cousin Jason Mayes; his close friends, Sarah Wilhelm, Ronnie and Sherry Simmons; and also, Remi and Rhett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First Christian Church of Crowell.
