He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Morton and Laverne Templeton Morton; his granddaughter Jordan Hall; and his brother Jimmy Morton. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Barrera (Anthony) of Crowell, Holly Morton (Michael) of Crowell, Kopresha Houck (Duane) of Nicholasville and Eric Morton (Jazmine) of Wellington, Texas; his grandchildren, Tate, Logan Barrera, Bradi Morton, Brooklin, Kelsey Houck, Jayci Hall and Lexi Morton; and his siblings, Dot Green (Billy) of Quanah, Cheryl Rogers of Quanah, Susan Butler (Randy) of Childress, Dee Morton of Quanah and Steve Morton (Debbie) of Quanah.
The family suggests memorials be made to Beyond Faith Hospice in his memory.
