He was predeceased by: his father R. L. Woodard; his sons, Shannon and Cody Woodard; and his brothers, Dale and Billy Woodard.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Woodard of Crowell; his son Larry Keith Woodard of Giddings, Texas; his siblings, Rachel Norman (Hack) of Crowell, Ann Hollenbaugh of Crowell and David Seedig (Gina) of Vernon; and his siblings-in-law, Wesley Cummings, Rickey Dockins, Martha Woodard, Sherrill Gholson and Vee Dockins. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
