He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Franklin and Ethel Wade (Horn); and his siblings, Betty Wade, Steve, Charles and Blackie Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wade of Quanah; his children, Johnnie Wade, Jr. of Quanah, Kevin Wade (Ann) of Amarillo and Tracy Betts (Gaylon) of Quanah; and his grandchildren, Josh Wade (Jennifer), Jonna Parr (Jonathan), Jonathon Wade, Hayden Wade, Whitney Walker (Dillon), Candice Darnell (Kirk), Lauren Roach (Richard) and Garrett Betts (Michelle). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made to First Methodist Church or Quanah Senior Citizens Center.
