He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee "Buster" and Betty Jo Bowman (Pannell); his siblings, George Lee "Skip" Bowman, Jr. and Joyce (Larry Keen); and his parents-in-law, A. J. and Betty Linker.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Brandon Bowman of Crowell, Michael Bowman (Tally) of Crowell, Chrystal Bates (Monte) of Kingston and Gary Wayne Bowman (Donna) of Krum, Texas; his grandchildren, Kalie Michel (Lee), Alyson Williams, Austin Williams, Jacob Bowman, Vaylee Bowman and Vexlyn Bowman; his great grandchildren, Lane and Brylee Michel; and his sisters, Elaine Timms (Chester) of Grandfield, Oklahoma and Mary Josefy (Ronnie) of Grandfield, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Foard County Project Show, in care of the Crowell State Bank, in loving memory of Scooter Bowman.
