She was predeceased by: her mother Minnie Burtis Hlavaty; her husband Bill (Bill); and her sister Marie Hofmann. She is survived by: her sons, John Klepper (Cathy) of Waco and Dan Klepper of Lubbock, Texas; her grandchildren, William Klepper of Houston, Texas and Amy Bento (Joe Bento) of Houston, Texas; her great grandchild Edward Joseph Bento IV (Bo); her nephew Dean Hofmann of Vernon, Texas; and her niece Kathy Thorp (Jahew Thorp) of Throckmorton, Texas..

The family requests memorials be made to First United Methodist Church, Foard County Library, or the American Cancer Society.
