She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Murphy and Opal Murphy; and her brother Bobby Jack Murphy (Rusty). She is survived by: her husband Garland Cartwright; her daughter Tina Tucker (Cliff); and her granddaughter Christina Andrews. She is also survived by her friends' animals.

Memorials may be given East Mound or Roaring Springs cemetery.
