With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zelda Whitten of Crosby, Texas, born in Norphlet, Arkansas, who passed away on November 20, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Zelda Whitten to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Greenwood Turner and Carrie Azell Morrow; her husband Little Honey; her sons, Tommy and Michael Whitten; and her siblings, Julia Ratka, Bill and Robert Turner.

She is survived by: her children, Vickie Ewell (Mitchel) of Crosby, Terri Sutton (Richard) of Old River, Donald Whitten Jr. of Grapeland, Darrel Whitten (Lisa) of Deer Park and Gary Hensel (Felicia) of Dayton; and her sister Linda Grimaldo (Arthur) of Alabama. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
