It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tami Jewel Zahopoulos of Crosby, Texas, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cathryn Lorraine (West) and William Bruce Swansey; her daughter Christy West; and her sister Billie Jones. She is survived by: her children, Angelo Zahopoulos (Erica), Elaine Zahopoulos, Michael Jarrett and Josh Zahopoulos; her sisters, Kimberly Johnson, Tina Ball and Tracy Sandifer; her grandchildren, Dylan, Ty, Zane, Cameron, Leo, Lincoln, Andrew, Ciara, Emma, Skylar, Shane and Kylie; and her great grandchildren, Aliza and Armani. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
