He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Janelle Meadows and Donnie Clark; and his uncle James Meadows Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Turbitt Meadows and Timothy Meadows; his daughters, Peyton and Charly Turbitt; the parent of his children Jamie Schexnayder; his brothers, Chad Meadows (Nelee) and Chance Meadows (Stephanie); and his grandmother Brenda Clark. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
