He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley H. Lacinski and Ethel May Lacinski (Reighard); and his sister Margaret Greco. He is survived by: his wife Gale Marie Lacinski (Willis) of Texas; his daughters, Lori Ann Szuch of Houston and Leighann Vruggink of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Aly Clark (Tony), Kailey Ladner (Nathan), Jon Szuch and Ryan Vruggink; his great grandchild Addison Ladner; his sister Julia DePetro of New Kensington; his daughter Ella Koscik of Atlanta; and his sons-in-law, Dave Szuch and Willaim Vruggink. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
